The
Organization
Our client, a joint-venture orthopedic specialty hospital, seeks a Director of Patient Care Services to support the Chief Executive in opening and managing a new hospital. Scheduled to open in August 2010, the hospital will provide elective orthopedic and spine surgeries. It is the culmination of a years-old shared vision and partnership between the largest healthcare system in the state and the region’s preeminent orthopedic practice. The hospital will be a key component to the creation of an integrated musculoskeletal care delivery system.
The all new construction will include a total of 88,000 square feet, eight operating rooms and 48 beds. The first year anticipated ADC is 27. First year annual revenue is projected to approximate $66MM. The hospital’s design, décor and service will mirror resort amenities to reflect its intended status as a destination hospital.
